What your wall is made of decides how long the job takes and which fixings go in — not the address.
The inner wall is furred out, so the anchor has to pass through the drywall and bite into the block behind it. Getting that wrong is how a mount ends up hanging on drywall alone.
Large great rooms here often mean a 75-inch or bigger screen. Above 70 inches we bring a second pair of hands rather than wrestle it solo.

Usually yes, but it depends on the heat. We check the temperature above the firebox and look at how the mantel projects. If the wall gets too hot for the electronics, we will say so and suggest a different spot rather than take the job and hope for the best.
Not if the wall allows concealment. On drywall we run the cables inside the cavity with a recessed power kit, which is the code-compliant way to do it. On solid brick or concrete we use a low-profile raceway painted to match, since you cannot fish a cable through masonry.
We can, or you can use one you already bought. If you bought your own, have the box handy when you call so we can check it actually fits your screen and holds the weight.
A straightforward drywall install with concealed wiring runs about an hour to ninety minutes. Brick, stone, and over-fireplace jobs take longer because of the drilling and the extra care around the mantel.
