Coming off the wall is easier than going up, but it’s where walls get damaged. We take it down slowly, patch the holes and hang it again where you want it.

01How we move it
A panel that has been up for years is heavier and more awkward than it looks. The bracket usually leaves four holes behind.
Screen comes off the bracket first, bracket second, and both get supported on the way down. If the previous mount went into drywall anchors rather than studs — which happens often — the fixings can pull a chunk of board out. We take that slowly.
We fill and sand the holes so you can paint over them. We do not match paint or texture, so if the wall is a colour you cannot re-buy, tell us and we will keep the patching minimal and let you decide.
Take down, patch, and remount somewhere else in the same visit. The new wall dictates the hardware, so a move from drywall to block changes the price. We check the old bracket still suits the new spot rather than assuming it does.
Landlords and buyers care about the wall, not the TV. If you are handing over keys, take-down and patching is usually the whole job and it is quick.
