Florida is hard on anything mounted outside. Humidity gets into a panel that was never sealed against it, and salt air near the coast eats plated hardware within a season. Most of this job is deciding what will still be working next summer.
It works until it does not. Under a fully covered lanai, out of blowing rain, an indoor set often lasts a few seasons. In open humidity it fails through the board rather than the screen, and no warranty covers it. We will mount your existing TV out there if that is what you want — we would rather you knew what you were buying into.
The bracket in the box is plated steel and blooms rust by the second summer, faster near the water. Outdoor installs get a weather-rated mount and stainless fixings, and on block — which most lanai walls are — stainless masonry anchors too.
Outdoor outlets need GFCI protection and an in-use cover. If there is no suitable outlet where the TV is going, that is an electrician's job before it is ours. We will tell you rather than run an extension across the patio.
A screen facing west on a Florida patio is unwatchable from four o'clock onwards. Position beats brightness here, and it costs nothing to get right at the marking-out stage.

Called at nine, screen was on the wall by two. He found the studs off-centre from where I assumed they were and moved the mount over four inches rather than bolting into drywall. Cable went inside the wall, no trunking.
