What slows it down
Block or brick walls and in-wall cable runs take longer, so a full masonry-plus-concealment job late in the day sometimes has to be tomorrow morning instead. We would rather say that than start it at five and rush the part that matters.

Screen size, what the wall is made of, and the mount if you already bought one. The model number off the box tells us whether it fits your panel before we set off, which is the difference between an hour and a wasted trip.

How late can I call and still get today?
Midday is the honest cut-off for a straightforward install. After that we will tell you on the phone whether it is realistic rather than book you and cancel.
Do you charge more for weekends or evenings?
No. Saturday and Sunday are normal working days here and cost the same.
Do I get a time, or a whole day?
A two-hour window, and a call when we set off.
What if the wall turns out to be something else when you arrive?
We stop and talk to you before drilling. The price changes only if the work changes, and only with you agreeing to it first.
