What makes it realistic
A call before midday usually gets an afternoon slot in Tampa, Brandon and the closer parts of Pinellas. Sarasota and Bradenton sit on a set run, so same-day there depends on where the van already is that day.
Most of what we do is booked the same day it is asked for. The screen arrived, the room is empty, someone is coming over on Saturday. It works more often than people expect, and there is no premium for it.

Block or brick walls and in-wall cable runs take longer, so a full masonry-plus-concealment job late in the day sometimes has to be tomorrow morning instead. We would rather say that than start it at five and rush the part that matters.
Screen size, what the wall is made of, and the mount if you already bought one. The model number off the box tells us whether it fits your panel before we set off, which is the difference between an hour and a wasted trip.
Same-day costs what any other day costs. Weekends too. The price you get on the phone is the price at the door.
Same rates seven days a week. Extras like concealment or a mount are added on top and quoted before we come out.

Filmed on real installs around Tampa Bay, with what each one came to.
Bracket bolted into the studs, then a hole cut for a recessed power kit so the cable runs inside the wall instead of down the plaster.
What it came toabout $300
Height measured against the seating position first, then a swing-arm mount so the screen turns towards the desk or the bed.
What it came toabout $200
Feet off, plate assembled on site, studs marked, and the screen set at the height where the cabinet below still works as a media unit.

We film most installs. If you want yours off the list, just say so on the call.

Called at nine, screen was on the wall by two. He found the studs off-centre from where I assumed they were and moved the mount over four inches rather than bolting into drywall. Cable went inside the wall, no trunking.
Our wall is block under the stucco and two other companies said it was fine with regular anchors. These guys turned up with a hammer drill and the right fixings, and told me upfront the cable would have to go in a painted raceway. Price was what I was quoted on the phone.
Wanted the TV over the fireplace. He measured the heat above the firebox, showed me the reading, and said he would rather put it on the side wall. Ended up better for watching anyway. Appreciated not being sold the thing I asked for.
Two of them came for the 75-inch, which mattered because I could not have helped lift it. Shoe covers on, dust sheet down, hoovered after. The bill matched the quote exactly.
Old mount was sagging from the previous owner. They took it down, patched the holes properly so I could paint over them, and put up a full-motion one. Took about an hour and a half.
Booked for the lanai. He explained why the outdoor bracket costs more and why the standard one rusts here within a season. Straight answer, no upsell theatre.
